What a pilot includes

A pilot is a real, supported run of Brim at your school. It includes:

• Free data import — your students, staff and fees brought across from your spreadsheets.
• Staff training, in person and on call.
• A full term of support while everyone settles in.

How long it runs

A term is the natural unit — long enough to live through fees, marks and reports end to end, so you judge Brim on how it actually feels, not a demo.

Pricing

Brim is priced for Ugandan schools, in UGX, and sized to your school. Detailed plans are being finalised; in the meantime we tailor the numbers with you during the pilot. There are no foreign-currency surprises. Start a pilot and we'll talk it through.
