The health centre: visits and medication
The nurse's sick bay is a real clinical record in Brim, not a notebook.
A visit
When a student comes to the sick bay, the nurse opens a visit: what happened, what was observed, what was done. The record carries who, what and when — proper provenance, not free-text guesswork — so a pattern (a recurring complaint, a missed meal) is visible over time.
Medication
If medication is given, it's recorded against the student with the dose and time. Brim flags known allergies before a medicine is administered, so a dangerous combination is caught, not assumed.
Parents are kept informed
Serious incidents notify the parent. Routine visits are logged for the record. What the nurse sees is gated to the health role — a class teacher cannot browse medical history.
