Payroll, PAYE and NSSF
Brim's payroll knows Ugandan rules, so you are not maintaining tax brackets in a spreadsheet.
What's built in
- PAYE computed from the current URA bands.
- NSSF employee and employer contributions.
- Local Service Tax and any custom allowances or deductions you define.
How a pay run works
- Confirm the salary register for the month — who is paid, and how much.
- Brim computes gross, deductions and net for each staff member.
- Review the run, then approve it. A payslip is generated for each person.
Because payroll sits in the same books as the rest of finance, salaries post to your accounts automatically — there is no separate ledger to reconcile.
